The Court : Heard the parties through their respective Counsels.
The petitioner in the instant case challenges inter alia, the legality and
the validity of the show cause notice dated 29th October, 2025, prays for
the following reliefs :
“a) A writ of and/or order and/or direction in the nature of Mandamus
commanding the Respondent No. 2 to recall, rescind and/or revoke the
Show Cause Notice dated 29th October 2025 being Annexure p-4
hereto;
b) A writ of and/or order and/or direction in the nature of Mandamus
commanding the Respondent No. 2 to forbear from taking any step or
further steps or giving effect or further effect to and/or in terms of the
Show Cause Notice dated 29th October 2025 being Annexure P-4
hereto;
