i. The writ petition is dismissed.
ii. In any event, the writ petition has been
rendered infructuous due to subsequent events,
including the Petitioner’s departure from India,
expiry of the Employment Visa, and grant of
fresh visas.
iii. The impugned Leave India Notice does not
suffer from illegality, lack of jurisdiction,
violation of natural justice, arbitrariness, or
constitutional infirmity.
