Milbank LLP Global Project, Energy & Infrastructure Finance partner John Dewar acted as Contributing Editor for the 13thEdition of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Project Finance 2024 published by Global Legal Group. The guide covers common issues in project finance laws and regulations, including security, bankruptcy, restrictions, insurance and arbitration, in 20 jurisdictions with an additional expert analysis chapter on “Why the World Needs Project Financings (and Project Finance Lawyers…)” authored by Mr. Dewar.
In addition, Mr. Dewar and trainee solicitor Suzy Azim co-authored the England & Wales chapter, with New York partners Dan Michalchuk and Richard Hillman co-authoring the USA chapter.
