Milbank Associate Mark Padley Speaks on Panel Discussion at Conference on Competition Law in Financial Services

Milbank LLP associate Mark Padley chaired and spoke on a panel discussion titled “Exploring Competition Litigation and Class Actions.” The panel discussed recent developments in competition and class action litigation with a particular focus on financial services, including the requirements for certification and issues around proving loss. The conference, held in London on April 30, 2024, was organized by ThoughtLeaders4 Competition and the agenda can be found here. 

The conference was well attended by private practice and in-house lawyers, as well as expert economists and representatives from the CMA, PSR and FCA.
