Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Fiona Schaeffer is a speaker at the 2026 ABA Antitrust Section Spring Meeting, the largest annual conference for antitrust/competition lawyers, enforcers and economists globally.
Ms. Schaeffer’s panel, “Fixing the Fix: Rethinking Remedy Design,” will examine the evolving landscape of antitrust remedies in the US, EU and other key jurisdictions in both merger and conduct cases. She will be joined by Ori Schwartz, Head of the OECD’s Competition Division, Patricia Brink, Assistant Chief, International Section at the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice, Carlota Reyners Fontana, DG Competition’s Director for IT, Communications and Media and Jonathan Sallet, Special Assistant Attorney General at the Colorado Office of the Attorney General.
