1. The present Application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908 (“CPC”), has been filed on behalf of the Defendant No.2
being an Authorized Representative of Defendant No.1 and Defendant No.3,
for rejection of the plaint.
2. The present Suit is one for recovery of money against all the
Defendants for a sum of Rs.3,40,20,000/-.
3. The Plaintiff has instituted the present suit with the following
