1. Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 875/2024 of PS North
Rohini for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that the
complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with
the petitioners.
2. Since respondent no.2 has not appeared in person or even through
videoconferencing, relist on 09.07.2026 in Advance List so that she can be
interacted with regarding the allegations in the FIR.
