1. By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231, the applicant, namely
Mantosh seeks grant of anticipatory bail in proceeding arising out of FIR
No.436/2025 dated 12.06.2025 registered at Police Station Mangol Puri
under Section 303(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).
2. At the very outset, learned APP for the State has handed over a
copy of the Status Report, which is taken on record.
