3. By virtue of the present application under Section 483 read with
Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) and
Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (Cr.P.C), the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in Complaint Case
No. VIII24/DZU/2023 registered at PS.: Narcotics Control Bureau, Delhi
Zonal Unit under Sections 8(c)/20(b)/22(c)/23/27-A/29 of the Narcotic
Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act).

She seeks, and is granted, a period of two weeks for filing the Status
