1. Heard Mr. Shibashish Mishra, learned counsel for the
Petitioner.
2. The main gravamen of the submission of Mr. Shibashish
Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner is that in view of
Sections 15, 18, 20 and 21 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (in
short ‘the Act’) and Rule 3 of the Payment of Wages (Procedure)
Rules, 1937, a criminal proceeding will not lie in respect of
infraction of any provision of the Act. He also submits that similar
matters at the instance of the Petitioner are pending before this
Court i.e. Criminal Misc. Case No. 908 of 2020, Criminal Misc.
Case No. 909 of 2020 and Criminal Misc. Case No. 910 of 2020.

3. Considering the said submission, list this matter tomorrow
i.e. 06.03.2026 along with Criminal Misc. Case No. 908 of 2020,
Criminal Misc. Case No. 909 of 2020 and Criminal Misc. Case No.
910 of 2020. It shall be mentioned in the list that the matters will
be taken up at 3.00 P.M.
4. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till 06.03.2026.
