This is a claim petition U/Sec.166 of MV Act claiming
compensation of Rs.20,00,000/- with interest for the
injuries suffered by the petitioner in the Motor Vehicle
Accident occurred on 06.09.2021.

2. The averments of the petition in brief is as
follows:
On 06.09.2021 at about 3.00 p.m. the petitioner was
proceeding as a pillion rider on Splendor Plus Motor Cycle
bearing Engine No. HA11EYM5G51918 & Chasis No.
MBLHAW120M5G03125 which was ridden by its rider
namely Krishnegowda and were proceeding from
Shettihalli towards Chikkahale. When they reached near
Chikkahale and Jakanahalli village road, the rider of the
motor cycle hit against the pedestrian and caused the
accident. Due to the said impact, the petitioner fell down
and sustained injuries all over the body.
