1. This application has been listed today, as 02.03.2026 was declared
a holiday vide Notification No. 64/G-4/Genl.-I/DHC dated 27.02.2026.
2. By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in
connection with FIR No. 304/2022, dated 28.05.2022, registered at Police
Station Subzi Mandi, District North, Delhi, under Sections
370(1)(3)/323/342/367/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and
Section 67-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
3. After some arguments, Mr. Vineet Jain, learned counsel for the
applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the
merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any
future application are left open.
