1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
2. This petition has been filed for following relief:
“A seeking petition directing to the Civil Judge(J.D) Dumariyaganj, Siddharthnagar to hear and decide in suit no.36 of 2019 (Sirajuddin -vs- Mahmooda Khatton and others), within short span of time without granting any adjournment between both the parties, Pending before Civil Judge (J.D) Dumariyaganj, Siddharthnagar.”
3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the suit is pending since 2019. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously.
