01. By this petition, petitioner is seeking the following prayers:-
a) This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue a
writ/order/direction including one in the nature of
mandamus directing Respondent No. 1 to 3 to pay the
amount of Rs. 14,09,017 (Fourteen lac, Nine thousand and
Seventeen Rupees) along with interest in terms of Section 15
and 16 of the MSMED Act, 2006.
