1. The present arbitration application has been filed under
Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
(hereinafter ‘the Act of 1996’) for appointment of Sole Arbitrator
to resolve the dispute between the parties.
2. Both the learned counsel for the parties, on instructions from
their clients, have agreed to appoint Hon’ble Mr. Justice N.K. Jain-
I, Former Chief Justice, Sikkim High Court, R/o 368, Mahaveer
Nagar, Tonk Road, Durgapura, Jaipur as the Sole Arbitrator to
resolve the dispute between the parties.
