This case is registered against the accused for the
offence punishable U/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments
Act.
2. Factual matrix of the complainant’s case is as
under:
It is stated that the complainant is an established
dealer in a wide range of distribution of electrical
accessory distributors, lighting dealers, neon light
offering cutting-edge designs and innovative lighting
solutions to the customers and offering the various
dealers of lights and fancy lamps and many more. The
accused is the customer of the complainant. The accused
have been placed orders from time to time on the
complainant for the supply of consumables products and
accordingly, the complainant had supplied the products
to the accused.
