Mr. P. Nongbri, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced
copy of the order dated 16.03.2026 issued by the Regional Director (NER),
Guwahati, the same is brought on record and marked as Annexure-X.
The learned counsel submits that the matter involving the
petitioner company herein has been taken up by the Regional Director (NER)
on 16.03.2026, the relevant direction therein being the following:
“Taking into consideration the above submissions of the applicants
and ROC, Guwahati and the Presenting Officer, the default/violation u/s
148(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 for FY 2014-15 is compounded upon
payment of compounding fee within 15 days hereof as mentioned below:
