He has also appeared before various courts and tribunals, including the National
Company Law Tribunal (Mumbai and Delhi), the SEBI Appellate Tribunal, the
Central Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, the Trademarks Registry,
Magistrates’ Courts across Mumbai, the City Civil and Sessions Courts (Greater
Bombay and Dindoshi), as well as the High Courts of Bombay and Delhi. He has
argued matters across various forums and secured favourable outcomes for clients.
