It is pointed out by learned counsel appearing

for the petitioners that during the pendency of the petition

respondent No.3 has issued admit cards to all the

petitioners. Therefore, at this stage, the Court is of the

opinion that no order is required to be passed in the

interim application.

Replies, as prayed, be filed on or before next

date of hearing.

Allowed. Applicants/petitioners are exempted
