About the Position
They are hiring Legal Officer (Non-Litigation).
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Legal Reports & Conducting Title Verification.
- Understanding of Property Laws & Mortgage Processes.
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
Eligibility
- Experience: 1–3 years post-qualification.
- Qualification: Minimum LLB.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
Preferred Skills:
- Good knowledge of Property & Mortgage Laws.
- Strong drafting and comprehension abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office & online property record systems.
- Multi-linguistic skills will be an added advantage.
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Location
Kolkata, West Bengal.
Salary
CTC Range: ₹3–5 LPA.
