About the Job
L&T Finance is inviting applications for the position of Manager / Senior Manager – Legal (Contracting).
This role involves leading end-to-end contracting across corporate functions, providing strategic legal advice, and enabling efficient commercial outcomes.
Eligibility
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate legal/contracting (BFSI preferred)
- Experience in IT, digitisation, and commercial contracts
- Working knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across:
- IT & Digitisation (SaaS, data privacy, digital initiatives)
- Marketing (agency, branding, campaigns)
- Co-lending, assignment, treasury, vendor, and operational agreements
- HR and general corporate contracts
- Provide business-aligned legal advice on structuring and risk
- Handle IPR-related aspects including licensing and usage rights
- Develop templates, playbooks, and contracting frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deal execution
- Support governance, compliance, and audit requirements
