The intern will assist the Senior Legal Counsel in creating a centralized contract repository for all departments. The role involves supporting the organization, uploading, and management of contracts on SharePoint to ensure accessibility and compliance.

Job Purpose
To assist in developing and managing a Central Contract Repository and support contract management processes within the organization.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law or Business Administration
- Basic understanding of contract structures and legal terminology
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems (preferred)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to read and interpret basic contractual clauses
- Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of SharePoint is preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining a Central Contract Repository using SharePoint
- Review and categorize basic contract documents for accurate filing
- Coordinate with various departments to collect and organize contractual data
- Ensure proper version control and document management practices
- Support the legal team in administrative tasks related to contract management
