About the Position
They are hiring Legal Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property law matters including due diligence, title verification, and legal documentation for real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and validate legal documents such as sale deeds, agreements, and contracts.
- Provide legal counsel on real estate matters to internal teams and address client queries.
- Conduct legal research on property matters and stay updated on real estate laws.
- Liaise with government authorities, external counsel, and stakeholders for legal compliance.
- Maintain systematic documentation and record-keeping of all legal files.
- Assess legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies for property transactions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Masters (LLM), Knowledge of Corporate law.
- Candidates must be fluent in Kannada.
- Good knowledge of property law, real estate regulations.
- Familiarity with Karnataka real estate regulations and RERA guidelines.
- Experience : 1+ years.
Essentials Skills:
- Excellent analytical and legal research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
