About the Job
Purple is inviting applications for the position of Legal & Compliance Intern for a 3-month internship based in Mumbai (Vikhroli). The internship provides exposure to compliance processes, legal documentation, and contract lifecycle management practices. The internship may be extended based on performance.
Eligibility
Law students currently in 2nd to 4th year of a 5-year law course or equivalent
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Legal research and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including trackers, data management, and reporting
- Familiarity with license management and maintaining compliance trackers
- Experience or exposure to live management/monitoring of licenses and agreements
- Exposure to compliance tools and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Duration
3 months (extension based on performance)
