About the Opportunity
Shepherd Law and Associates is inviting applications for two Legal Associates (0–2 years PQE) who are committed to rigorous litigation practice and high-quality drafting.
This role offers meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on involvement in litigation strategy and opportunities to work on commercial drafting across jurisdictions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
- Drafting skills (Complaint, Suit, Appeal, Writ Petition, SLP, Matrimonial Petition etc.)
- Court exposure before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Consumer Commissions and Tribunals
- Excellent legal research skills
- Ability to assist with contracts and commercial documentation (India & Canada exposure preferred)
- Comfort with responsibility, deadlines and detail
- Analytical thinking and litigation strategy mindset
