About the Role

We are looking for a Learning Manager – IPR & TMT to manage and enhance the learning experience for programs related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) laws.

The Learning Manager will play a key role in ensuring high-quality course delivery, learner engagement, academic coordination, and mentorship. This role requires strong subject knowledge in IPR and technology-related laws, along with the ability to guide learners in developing practical legal skills.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Experience Management

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of learning programs related to IPR and TMT laws. Ensure smooth execution of live sessions, recorded modules, assignments, and evaluations. Support learners in effectively understanding course materials and practical exercises.

Academic Support

Assist learners in understanding key concepts related to Intellectual Property Rights (copyright, trademark, patent, and designs), technology law, media and telecommunications regulations, and IP and technology-related agreements. Guide learners in legal research, drafting, and case analysis.

Student Engagement and Mentorship

  • Conduct orientation & closing sessions and maintain regular interaction with learners.
  • Facilitate discussions, doubt-clearing sessions, and feedback mechanisms. Provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects to support continuous learning.

Course Operations

  • Coordinate with faculty members, subject experts, and guest speakers to ensure seamless program delivery. Monitor student progress, participation, and assignment completion.
  • Ensure adherence to course timelines and academic standards.

Content and Quality Improvement

  • Review course materials and suggest improvements to learning resources where necessary.
  • Track learner feedback and identify opportunities to improve course delivery. Stay updated with developments in IPR and technology-related laws.

Eligibility Criteria

LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) is preferred but not mandatory. LL.B. with exposure to IPR, Technology Law, or Media Law will also be considered.

Experience

3–7 years of relevant experience in intellectual property law practice, technology/media/telecommunications law, legal education or training, or legal research and content development.

Preferred

Minimum 3–7 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Technology law, including exposure to trademark and copyright advisory, IP filings, licensing agreements, technology contracts, and data protection or digital platform regulations.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of IPR and TMT laws. Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for learners.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Experience with online learning platforms or LMS will be an added advantage.

Prior teaching, training, or webinar experience

  • Experience teaching or mentoring law students or young professionals.
  • Prior work with legal ed-tech platforms or online learning programs.
  • Exposure to content development, course design, or legal training programs.

Salary

₹40,000–70,000 per month.
