Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Asset Reconstruction Division is looking to onboard two lawyers with 0-1 year Post Qualification Experience (PQE).

Responsibilities
- Work on SARFAESI Act, Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), and other related laws.
- Gain hands-on experience in Banking and Finance Laws.
