About the Opportunity
Athena Legal is looking for a lawyer with 1–3 years PQE to join their Corporate & Commercial practice.
Roles and Responsibilities
You’ll work on a wide range of transactions, commercial agreements and advisory matters for diverse clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in general corporate advisory and commercial agreements
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Exposure to IP and media contracts will be an added advantage
