ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognised standard that focuses on building robust systems, maintaining consistency, and driving continuous improvement.
For us, this certification is not an endpoint. It is a validation of the systems we have been consciously building over the years, around course delivery, learner support, communication, and internal processes.
Here are a few things we do at Lawctopus to ensure that you are served well:
- We are a 100% remote team and are able to attract Pan-India talent
- We have 5 teams (Learning, Content, Technology, Marketing & Sales, Operations) each of which has annual goals, quarterly goals, monthly priorities, weekly priorities, and daily check-ins
- All our team members have written down and tracked KPIs (key performance indicators) and OKRs (objectives and key results)
- We communicate on Slack, manage projects and tasks on Basecamp, and keep a regular meeting rhythm on Zoom
- All our key processes such as that of publication of a post, of developing a course, delivering a course are clearly documented in SOPs (standard operating procedures)
As we continue to grow, the challenge is not just to do more, but to do things well: reliably and at scale.
