About the Job
EY is hiring for the role of Law – RRM – Advanced Analyst in Bengaluru. This position involves working as a Regulatory Research & Monitoring professional, supporting compliance projects and gaining exposure to global regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
- High attention to detail
- Professional proficiency in English (grammar, style, and drafting)
- Ability to identify and interpret relevant statutes and regulations
- Ability to follow structured research methodologies
- Working knowledge of legal databases (e.g., Westlaw or similar)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and present findings in structured formats
- Interpret statutes, regulations, and case law
- Work on compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of client assignments
- Participate in training, team meetings, and professional development programs
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when required
