A total of ₹1,836 crore has been credited to the accounts of around 2.7 million women beneficiaries, offering relief and financial assistance to eligible recipients.
The funds were transferred by Mohan Yadav during a programme held in Gwalior on March 13, 2026.
The scheme was launched to strengthen the financial condition of women in the state. Initially, beneficiaries received ₹1,000 per month, which was later increased to ₹1,250. How to check payment status
Beneficiaries can check whether they have received the payment by following these steps:
- Visit the official portal: https://cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in/home.aspx
- Click on ‘Application and Payment Status’
- Enter the Samagra ID or registration number
- Submit the OTP received on your mobile phone
- The payment status will be displayed on the screen
Who is eligible for the scheme
To avail benefits under the scheme:
- The applicant must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh
- Married, widowed, divorced and abandoned women are eligible
- Women aged 21 years and above can apply
- Women from any social category can benefit
- The applicant or any family member must not be an income taxpayer
- Families owning less than five acres of land are eligible
Under the Ladli Behna Yojana, eligible women between 21 and 59 years of age receive ₹1,500 every month as financial assistance from the state government.
