The petitions registered as M.V.C.No.3210/2023 and
M.V.C.No.5204/2023 filed under Section 166 of IMV Act
are hereby partly allowed.
In M.V.C.No.3210/2023, the respondents shall
either jointly or severally pay Rs.40,409/- with current
and future interest at the rate of 6% p.a., to petitioner
Nagamma towards compensation.
In M.V.C.No.5204/2023, the respondents shall
either jointly or severally pay Rs.47,000/- with current
and future interest at the rate of 6% p.a., to petitioner
Kumar towards compensation.
In both the cases, the respondent No.1, being the
Insurer of the car bearing No.KA-04-P-7062 shall deposit
the compensation amount with interest within 3 months
from today.
