Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for
the following reliefs :-
“(i) For directing Respondent No. 4
(Sasaram-Bhabhua Central Co-operative Bank
Patna High Court CWJC No.3469 of 2026(2) dt.18-03-2026
Ltd.) to immediately restore and sanction Cash-
Credit facility to PACS Hurka, as the Petitioner
has fulfilled all safeguard conditions prescribed
by the Registrar, NABARD, and RBI, and denial
thereof violates the doctrine of legitimate
