This is a private complaint filed U/Sec.200 of Cr.P.C.
against the accused for the alleged offence punishable
U/Sec.138 of N.I. Act.
2. The brief facts of the case of the complainant is
that:
The complainant and accused entered into an agreement
dated 25.03.2014 for the purchase of the Automised clay brick
production machinery line for a total sale consideration of
Rs.29,00,000/-. At the time of the said sale agreement, the
accused paid Rs.11,98,000/- as a part payment and for the
balance amount, he issued following three cheques:
ï‚· Cheque bearing No.135069 for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- dt.
29.04.2014
ï‚· Cheque bearing No.135070 for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- dt.
