1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
2. This petition has been filed for following relief:
“Issue a direction to decide the custody case no. 58 of 2025 under section 7 of the Guardians and Wards Act 1890 (Krishna Gopal versus Smt.Pooja Rani) within stipulated time bound period as expeditiously as possible which is still pending before the court of learned Principal Judge, (Family Court) Moradabad, during the pendency of the present petition before this Hon’ble Court.”
3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforesaid case under section 7 of the Guardians and Wards Act is pending since 2025. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously.
