Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. T. Rajendra
appears before this Court physically.

Whereas, learned Deputy Government Advocate for the
respondents, Mr. W. Niranjit appears before this Court physically and
submits that he has filed objection to the petition in the form of affidavit
and copy of the same has also been furnished to the learned senior
counsel for the petitioner.

However, the learned senior counsel appearing for the
petitioner seeks a short accommodation on the premises that he want to
response in form of affidavit filed by the learned Deputy Government
Advocate. This submission made by the learned senior counsel is taken
on record.

However, this civil revision petition has been under Article
227
of the Constitution of India and therefore, clarify whether any
provision of law to file response to the response in the form of affidavit
to pursue this matter in accordance with law.
