This Court vide its order dt. 06.03.2026 had granted last and final
opportunity to the respondents to file counter affidavit.

filed by the respondents. At this stage, Mr. Sumant Sudan, Ld. Counsel for the
respondents, submits that he has filed counter affidavit on 17.03.2026 vide e-

The Concerned clerk is directed to place the same on record after proper

Since, this matter has been listed two times before this Court. Therefore,
