1. The instant bail applications have been filed under Section

483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused-applicants

were arrested in connection with FIR No. 46/2026 registered at

Police Station Hindon Sadar District Karauli for the offence(s)

under Sections 8/20 and 8/29 of NDPS Act.

2. Learned counsel for the accused-applicants have submitted

that the recovered contraband (ganja) is 1.151 Kgs, which is less

than the commercial quantity i.e. 20 Kgs. It is submitted that

there are 1-2 criminal antecedents registered against the

applicants and that the applicants are behind bars ever-since

25.01.2026.

3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the instant

bail applications.

4. Having heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel

for the parties and taking note of the fact that the recovered

quantity of ganja is much less than the prescribed commercial

quantity of 20 Kgs; that the applicants are behind bars ever-since

25.01.2026; that there is minuscule number of criminal

antecedents registered against the applicants, having scope of

their reformation, and looking to the overall facts of the present

case but without commenting upon the merits/demerits of the

case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the accused-applicants on

bail.

5. Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 BNSS

are allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants Rishikesh

S/o Late Shri Ramsingh & Kedar Meena S/o Shree Jasram

Meena shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish a personal

bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the

satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the

court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called

upon to do so.

6. A copy of the present order be placed in the connected bail

application.
