than the commercial quantity i.e. 20 Kgs. It is submitted that
there are 1-2 criminal antecedents registered against the
applicants and that the applicants are behind bars ever-since
25.01.2026.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the instant
bail applications.
4. Having heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel
for the parties and taking note of the fact that the recovered
quantity of ganja is much less than the prescribed commercial
quantity of 20 Kgs; that the applicants are behind bars ever-since
25.01.2026; that there is minuscule number of criminal
antecedents registered against the applicants, having scope of
their reformation, and looking to the overall facts of the present
case but without commenting upon the merits/demerits of the
case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the accused-applicants on
bail.
5. Accordingly, the bail applications under Section 483 BNSS
are allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants Rishikesh
S/o Late Shri Ramsingh & Kedar Meena S/o Shree Jasram
Meena shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish a personal
bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the
satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the
court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called
upon to do so.
