1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Yogesh Kumar Awasthi, learned Standing Counsel.
2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer :
“to direct the opposite party no.2 to decide the mutation suit no.2799 of 2023, computerized case no.-T202304040402799 under section 34 of uttar pradesh revenue code 2006 (Veer Pratap vs Tej Pratap) and also application for expeditious disposal of mutation suit dated- 02.02.2026 according to law within time stipulated by this Hon’ble court in the interest of justice.”
3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus, the writ petition is disposed off directing the opposite party no.2 to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
