Reason: SLP (CRIMINAL) DIARY NO(S). 15332/2025 1
UPON hearing the counsel the court made the
       following
                      O R D E R

1. The delay of 237 days in filing

the present petition is condoned in

the facts and circumstances of the

case. Accordingly, I.A. No. 82923/2025

is allowed.

2. Heard learned counsel for the

parties and perused the pleadings.

3. The petitioner is in jail for one

year and eight months in connection

with FIR No.276 of 2023 under Sections

452, 323, 504, 506, 354, 354-B, 376,

511 of the Indian Penal Code (‘IPC’).

There were four accused in all and

general allegations were made against

them. Three of them have been granted

bail. Trial is continuing and may

still take some time.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and

circumstances, we consider it

SLP (CRIMINAL) DIARY NO(S). 15332/2025 1
appropriate to enlarge petitioner on

bail.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is

directed to be released on bail

subject to terms and conditions as may

be imposed by the trial Court

commensurating with the charges framed

against him, provided he cooperates

with the trial and appears before the

trial Court as and when required.

6. It is made clear that grant of

bail to the petitioner in this case,

would not affect the merits of any

other case, in which the petitioner is

required.

7. The Special Leave Petition is

disposed of accordingly. Pending

application(s), if any, shall stand

disposed of.
