Aekom Legal also has a strongly focused litigation and dispute resolution practice offering expertise in international and domestic arbitration matters, IBC and company law matters, derivative suits, class action suits, oppression mismanagement petitions, white collar crimes and a wide gamut of civil suits.
About the Position
As their Corporate & M&A practice continues to grow, they are looking to bring on an Associate (1–3 years PQE) to join their Delhi office. The team regularly works on a range of corporate advisory and transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and general corporate structuring.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working on transactions end-to-end and is keen to develop a strong grounding in corporate and commercial law within a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of PQE with experience in M&A, private equity, or general corporate advisory.
- Strong drafting, due diligence, and research skills.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
