Job Title: Back Office Executive/Telecaller

Location: Remote / WFH

Job Type: Full Time Remote / WFH

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Salary: Minimum 35,000.00 per Month

General Responsibilities: Applicable for all Positions

  • All work will require accountability 
  • You'll need to explain why the tasks weren't completed, suggest your own solutions, and share your plan to fix it
  • Recording and analysis of all work
  • Excel calculations and analysis

Key Responsibilities - Back Office Executive / Telecaller

  • Posting on social media, website, and online store
  • Market comparison analysis
  • Content follow ups
  • Other administration follow ups
  • Supplier sourcing and procurement of products and services
  • Conducting online research
  • Internet references
  • Auditing and reviewing the mentioned tasks completed by team members using checklists to ensure they are accurate and finished.

Device & Internet:

  • Laptop/Desktop with Intel i3 10th Gen+ / Ryzen 3+, 8GB RAM, SSD preferred
  • 20 Mbps+ broadband connection
  • Note: No device will be provided by the company. Candidates must use their own system.
