1. Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sandeep Chaudhary, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record.

3. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant Jeetu Sharma seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.236 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) and 87 B.N.S., P.S.Farah, District Mathura.

4. Tersely, as per allegations contained in the F.I.R., accused applicant has kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant having age of 14 years.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused-applicant has not committed any offence as alleged in the F.I.R. and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He further submitted that statements of the victim have been recorded under Sections 180 and 183 B.N.S.S. in which she has not stated that the applicant has kidnapped her. Further more the applicant has criminal history of three cases which have been explained in para-2 of the supplementary affidavit. The applicant is in jail since 15.06.2025. Submission is that the conclusion of trial will take sufficiently long and there is no likelihood of his fleeing from course of justice or tampering with evidence in case of release on bail. Hence, bail has been prayed for.
