1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent.
2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice to private respondents, is dispensed with.
3. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the Learned Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow i.e. opposite party no.1 to conclude and decide the revision bearing Revision No. Rev/1126/2017, Computerized Case No. R20171354001126 “Vijay Pal Sharma and others Vs. Jay Pal Singh” under Section 219 of Land Revenue Act, 1901, pending since 17.07.2017, pending before opposite party no.1, contained as Annexure No.1 to this petition, within a stipulated frame of time as fixed by this Hon’ble Court, in the interest of justice.
