1. On perusal of the writ petition, this Court finds that
self-same award dated 22.08.2024 was challenged by the
petitioner by way of filing S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 13518/2025.
Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the issue involved
in this writ petition has already been considered by this Court in
