1. By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of interim
bail for a period of 60 days in case arising out of FIR bearing No. 155/2022,
registered at Police Station I.P. Estate, Delhi for the commission of offence
punishable under Sections 363/365/366A/370(4)/ 372/373/374/376(D)/
109/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter ‘IPC’) and Sections 6/7/21
of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (hereafter
‘POCSO Act’) read with Section 3/4/5/6 of the Immoral Traffic
(Prevention) Act, 1956.
