1. Appellant herein is before this Court assailing an order dated

01.05.2025 passed by learned the learned Family Court No. 2,

Jodhpur has disposed of the application filed by the appellant

under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, denying

the appellant visitation rights and interim custody of the minor

children, and permitting him to interact with them only through a

video call on the 15th day of each month.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the parties were married

on 15.03.2021 at Pushkar, Ajmer, in accordance with Hindu rites

and rituals. After the marriage, the respondent resided in the

matrimonial home, and relations were initially cordial. However,

disputes arose when the respondent allegedly insisted on living

separately from the appellant’s parents, which led to frequent

quarrels. In February 2022, the respondent left for her parental

home and, although she returned after intervention, the disputes

continued.
