She has worked at IndusLaw as an associate for the last 3 years where she was involved in advising issuers, book running lead managers, and selling shareholders on a variety of matters across sectors such as railways, speciality chemicals, banking, financial services, microfinance, manufacturing, general staffing, health, and hospitality in relation to primary and secondary issuances, such as Initial Public Offers (IPOs), Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), and Offer for Sale of shares through Stock Exchange Mechanism (OFS-SE).
