Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft case representations
- Prepare legal documents, case briefs, and content on legal topics
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements (NDAs, Service Agreements, etc.)
- Collaborate with the legal team on ongoing projects and compliance matters
- Prepare research reports and provide administrative support as required
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently in 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law course
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Keen interest in corporate law, arbitration, and litigation support
