About the Internship
Applications are invited for a remote legal internship (March–April, 1 month) with immediate joining. This internship is ideal for candidates interested in combining legal work with business development while gaining practical exposure to diverse areas of law.

- Interest in understanding independent legal practice and its growth
- Comfortable with both legal and business development tasks
- Proactive, organised, and self-driven
- Reliable and responsive in communication
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research (Company Law, Technology Law, Civil, Criminal & International Law)
- Assisting in drafting notes, briefs, and basic agreements
- Preparing case law summaries
- Supporting business development activities (research, outreach, follow-ups, lead tracking)
- Providing general legal assistance as required
